Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Identify, assess, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year adoption horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future products and services
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and technology trend forecasting
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
