Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot projects for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budget allocation
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in forward-looking planning
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive tech solutions at scale
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation preferred
- Experience leading teams of 50+ technical professionals
