- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent trends to identify first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management across global teams
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT certificate)
