Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 global innovation horizons
- Lead market research on quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech convergence
- Champion cross-functional R&D initiatives between robotics, biotech, and space-tech divisions
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough sustainable technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor innovation pods in emerging tech adoption methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, futures research, or venture innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
