- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and investors
- Drive innovation through patent development and IP strategy
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for executive presentations
- Experience with agile methodologies and tech forecasting models
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
