- Lead technology forecasting initiatives to anticipate market disruptions and competitive threats
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups in frontier tech sectors
- Present strategic roadmaps to the board of directors with ROI projections and risk mitigation frameworks
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on business metrics and customer experience
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and technology analysts to foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully integrating disruptive technologies (blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and patent landscape analysis
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
