Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in matrixed organizations
