- Mentor senior engineers and develop next-gen technical leadership

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
