- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation
- Mentor innovation teams and establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or platforms
