Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage technology forecasting models and market opportunity assessments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling tech products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology lifecycle management
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
