Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and assess their strategic relevance to Innovatech's 2026 objectives
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 18-24 month horizons, prioritizing investments based on ROI and market impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business teams on technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to identify opportunities and threats
- Establish KPIs for technology initiatives and track performance against strategic goals
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or consulting with 3+ years in foresight/roadmapping
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience managing multi-million dollar technology budgets
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic planning artifacts (roadmaps, competitive analyses)
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces)
