Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and Web3 paradigms
- Lead scenario planning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align strategic vision with business objectives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI on emerging technologies
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Pioneer ethical technology frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products/services
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and distributed ledger technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M annually
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
