Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and IoT integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Research emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior technologists in emerging tech methodologies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 2026 tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- Experience with patent portfolio development and IP strategy
- Certified in Quantum Computing (IBM Q or AWS) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Expertise in agile methodologies for R&D projects
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
