- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 digital transformation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in adopting quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and ambient AI
- Develop sustainability frameworks for next-gen data centers and carbon-neutral tech stacks
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (Web4, biocomputing, neural interfaces) for commercialization
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation velocity across 15+ product lines
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML systems in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in quantum computing principles and blockchain architectures
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with ESG tech compliance frameworks (TCFD, SASB)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s tech disruption trends
