Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption curves
- Develop scenarios for technological convergence and its impact on business models
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board with data-driven insights
- Drive organizational culture change to embed future-readiness principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
