Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for commercial viability
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government research labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or bio-integrated systems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global research institutions and tech ecosystems
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
