Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market opportunities and competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical vision with business objectives
- Author strategic whitepapers and future-state frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of future-tech adoption
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or futures research
- Proven track record of launching industry-first tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred)
