- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI on innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or relevant Master's preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar leadership role
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for enterprise-scale organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their enterprise applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive decision-making
- Strong understanding of industry disruption patterns and future market trends
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation strategy a plus
