- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech ecosystems
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board members with measurable ROI projections
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling innovation proposals
- Mentor junior strategists and publish industry thought leadership in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in AI/quantum/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M revenue impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with Fortune 500 experience
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global collaboration)
