- Collaborate with R&D, product, and sustainability teams to align tech initiatives with ESG goals
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure long-term technological impact and adoption readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and future-proof organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3) with practical implementation experience
