Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present technology insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Build and maintain a competitive intelligence framework tracking global tech advancements
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic impact on technology-driven business transformation
- Global mindset with experience in cross-cultural collaboration and remote teams
