Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews to identify strategic innovation opportunities
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators for collaborative R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, systems architecture, or emerging tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and commercializing disruptive innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CTO) a plus
