Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, decentralized systems) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into product roadmaps and operational frameworks
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation lab prototype pipeline
- Represent the company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse on future tech ethics
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across all R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or spatial computing
- Strong background in product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
