Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives (quantum, AI, or sustainability focus)
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks governing emerging technologies (GDPR, FCC, EPA)
