- Analyze global tech trends to identify billion-dollar market opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives through data-driven visualizations and scenario modeling
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor a team of 5-7 futurists and technologists through quarterly growth reviews
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market (3+ case studies required)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Futures Studies, Horizon Scanning)
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ stakeholder engagements
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting accuracy (min 85% success rate)
