Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to forecast 2026 market opportunities and threats
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year vision and quarterly execution plans
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype disruptive solutions
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology strategy to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
