Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies for 2026 deployment
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations with transformative potential
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems implementation
- Partner with venture capital to evaluate and integrate next-gen startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020s tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, bio-digital, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience building tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or unicorns
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Strong network with global research institutions and innovation labs
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three successfully scaled 2025+ initiatives
