Responsibilities
- Lead research and integration of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for 2026 market readiness
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Partner with product teams to identify opportunities for next-gen tech integration
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping initiatives
- Build relationships with venture capitalists and academic research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
