Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3 infrastructure
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure cross-departmental buy-in
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven project prioritization
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $3M
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
