Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate emerging tech into corporate strategy
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3+ concurrent R&D projects
- Present technology forecasts to Fortune 500 partners and government entities
- Mentor a team of 12+ engineers and data scientists in rapid prototyping cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 market-disrupting technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants for next-gen R&D initiatives
