Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-thinking technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into current product lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Mentor junior technologists in next-generation development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven experience with long-term technology forecasting and roadmapping
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
