- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and sustainable innovation
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, CB Insights)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and venture capital partners
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
