Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-worthy concepts and secure intellectual property portfolios
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen research initiatives
- Build and lead an elite future-tech incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching category-defining innovations
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
