Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic tech solutions
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitor innovations to identify first-mover advantages
- Champion sustainable and ethical technology frameworks for future deployments
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing large-scale tech transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
