Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or equivalent
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record launching 3+ billion-dollar tech products
- Expertise in blockchain, nanotechnology, or synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (h-index > 40)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
- Top 5% completion of AWS/Azure/GCP architect certifications
- Previous experience with DARPA or EU Horizon projects
