Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to develop forward-looking strategic plans

- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
