Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026+ market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven automation frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips) for strategic adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Present disruption strategies to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and innovation velocity
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with agile resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Executive-level presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Fluency in agile, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures
- Global regulatory compliance expertise (GDPR, CCPA, NIST)
