Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/automation or quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (preferred)
