Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, decentralized systems) for competitive advantage
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Partner with VC firms to identify and acquire breakthrough startups
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board with data-driven narratives
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, spatial computing
- Published thought leadership on Web3 or AI governance (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
