Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of scaling from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE, Nature, or top-tier tech journals
- Experience with futures methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
