- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI in emerging ecosystems
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry standards for 2026+ technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with PhD preferred
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies with $10M+ market impact
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for next-gen technologies across 15+ jurisdictions
- Certified in Futures Methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ keynotes at global innovation forums
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
