Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing applications and biotech-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and business strategists in developing breakthrough solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and innovation hubs
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in hardware development and supply chains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two commercially successful frontier technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with published research
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE, and academic innovation ecosystems
