Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate breakthrough innovations into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AGI, neuromorphic computing, decentralized systems)
