Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging tech opportunities (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic technology investments
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation portfolio success
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage relationships with venture partners, research institutions, and technology incubators
- Drive culture of innovation through internal hackathons and prototyping sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Experience with scenario planning and future-trend methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) highly desirable
