Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Analyze quantum computing, biotech convergence, and metaverse integration opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and other premier research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Chair the company's Future Tech Council with $50M annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $1B+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with quantum computing development (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
- Certified in AI Governance (CAIG) or Quantum Computing Architecture
