Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to help organizations navigate digital transformation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with ROI tracking and KPI optimization
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, research institutions, and tech incubators
- Lead quarterly technology forecasting workshops for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification
