Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market viability for 2026+ applications
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators for early access to innovations
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to generate breakthrough ideas
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology plans
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP) preferred
- Experience working with global teams and diverse stakeholders
