- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation product ecosystems
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on business strategy
- Build an internal 'Future Tech' talent pipeline through mentorship programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
