Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized futuristic technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive modeling
