Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) with business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech insights into corporate strategy
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level experience with strategic planning and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in innovation management or emerging technologies (e.g., CTO, CEH, AIIM)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong portfolio of strategic initiatives with measurable impact
